Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Executive with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—are a top priority for this role, as the position requires daily interaction with employees, management, and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will support HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and policy implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Conduct new hire orientations and manage onboarding documentation.
  • Employee Records & Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate and updated employee records.
  • Draft HR letters, reports, and communications clearly and professionally.
  • Payroll & Attendance:
  • Monitor attendance and leave data.
  • Coordinate with the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate salary processing.
  • HR Policies & Compliance:
  • Support implementation of HR policies.
  • Ensure company compliance with labor laws and internal protocols.
  • Employee Engagement:
  • Organize employee engagement initiatives and internal events.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and feedback, handling them with clarity and sensitivity.
  • Training & Development:
  • Assist in organizing training programs.
  • Communicate training schedules and collect feedback from participants.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a human resources role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of HR functions and labor laws.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust across all levels.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience using HRMS or other HR software.
  • Familiarity with job portals and recruitment platforms.
  • Basic payroll knowledge is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
