Job Description

We're seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of human resources within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for payroll management, coordinating activities and events, recruitment, employee lifecycle management, fostering a positive work environment through fun activities, and ensuring effective grievance redressal.

Key Responsibilities:

- Payroll Management: Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, manage payroll-related queries, and maintain compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

- Activities and Events: Plan, organize, and execute various employee engagement activities, company events, and team-building exercises to promote a positive work culture.

- Recruitment Cycle: Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring that all hiring processes are efficient, fair, and compliant with company policies.

- Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee employee onboarding, performance management, promotions, transfers, and separations, ensuring a smooth employee experience throughout their tenure.

- Fun Activities: Develop and implement initiatives that promote employee well-being, engagement, and morale, such as team outings, celebrations, and wellness programs.

- Grievance Redressal: Handle employee grievances and complaints in a fair, timely, and professional manner, working towards resolving issues and maintaining a harmonious work environment.

- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with all labor laws, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports as required.

- Strategic HR Initiatives: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a similar role.

- Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll management, and recruitment best practices.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.

- Experience in organizing employee engagement activities and events.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
