We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Manager to oversee day-to-day HR operations, drive employee engagement, and ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures. Office Management Coordinate and manage company events and activities. Oversee onboarding formalities and deliver induction programs. Handle accounting/payroll-related functions (invoicing, billing) in collaboration with our Third Party Administrator. 2. HR Operations Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. Process payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management. Manage employee documentation offers, contracts, amendments, and exit formalities. 3. Employee Engagement Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives. Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures. 4. Performance Management Coordinate appraisal cycles and feedback processes. Track KPIs and performance metrics for continuous improvement. 5. Compliance & Policies Ensure HR practices comply with local labour laws and company standards. Draft, update, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and guidelines. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 4+ years of HR experience (Generalist or Operations). Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Proven ability to foster company culture and drive engagement. Experience drafting and implementing HR policies. Integrate PLC systems with MES, SCADA, and DCS platforms for data acquisition and process control. Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization of PLC programs and control strategies.
