We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Manager to oversee day-to-day HR operations, drive employee engagement, and ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will be a people-focused leader who thrives in both operational and strategic HR functions. Key Responsibilities 1. Office Management Coordinate and manage company events and activities. Oversee onboarding formalities and deliver induction programs. Handle accounting/payroll-related functions (invoicing, billing) in collaboration with our Third Party Administrator. 2. HR Operations Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. Process payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management. Manage employee documentation offers, contracts, amendments, and exit formalities. 3. Employee Engagement Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives. Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures. 4. Key Responsibilities Provide 247 remote and/or on-site Rockwell Automation support for PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve automation control system issues to ensure minimal downtime. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain PLC logic and control systems using MELSEC series, GX Works, GX Developer. Integrate PLC systems with MES, SCADA, and DCS platforms for data acquisition and process control. Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization of PLC programs and control strategies. Conduct testing, commissioning, and validation of PLC systems at client sites. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (electrical, instrumentation, and IT) to deliver automation projects.
