Plc Engineer (Mitsubishi PLC)

We are seeking a skilled PLC Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Mitsubishi PLCs (MELSEC series) and related software tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for programming, configuring, testing, and integrating PLC systems, as well as ensuring seamless connectivity with higher-level systems such as MES, SCADA, and DCS.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain PLC logic and control systems using MELSEC series, GX Works, GX Developer.
• Integrate PLC systems with MES, SCADA, and DCS platforms for data acquisition and process control.
• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization of PLC programs and control strategies.
• Conduct testing, commissioning, and validation of PLC systems at client sites.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (electrical, instrumentation, and IT) to deliver automation projects.
• Provide technical support, documentation, and training to ensure smooth operation of implemented systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with Mitsubishi PLCs (MELSEC series) and programming tools (GX Works, GX Developer).
• Strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, CC-Link, OPC, etc.).
• Experience integrating PLCs with MES, SCADA, and DCS systems.
• Solid understanding of automation and process control systems.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Automation Engineering.
• Experience in commissioning and onsite support.
• Familiarity with industrial standards and best practices.
