Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Provide 247 remote and/or on-site
Rockwell Automation support
for PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve automation control system issues to ensure minimal downtime.
Configure, program, and maintain Rockwell automation platforms including PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems.
Work with client engineering teams to support ongoing operations and system improvements.
Maintain documentation for configurations, updates, and troubleshooting procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Support installation, commissioning, and validation activities as required.

HMI/SCADA:
Rockwell FactoryTalk View SE
Operating Systems:
Windows 10, Windows Server 2012 & 2016
Database Management:

VMware vSphere

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in
F&B, Pharma, CPG, or Building Materials
sectors.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in mission-critical environments.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a
global support model
.
Knowledge of industrial networking and cybersecurity best practices.
