Responsibilities: * Design, develop, test & maintain automated systems using PLCs, HMIs, SCADAs & Rockwell/Allen Bradley technology. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project implementation & optimization.

Experience in the design and implementation of new and/or existing PLC, based process control systems. Experience with industrial communications networks, such as Ethernet/IP, Fiber optic systems, Modbus RTU, Modbus TCP, ControlNet, DNP3.0. and/or IEC61850. Experience with Rockwell Automation Products hardware and software product suites (ControlLogix, Logix 5000, FT View, FT Historian and FT VantagePoint.) experience. Experience with object oriented based control system design methods. Control System Architecture Design (Client Server); including Virtual Client Server design experience preferred Proven abilities in design, engineering, start up, testing, and implementation phases of projects Review Specifications, IC Control drawings, HMI screens, PLC programs, SCADA, etc. Requires understanding and knowledge process instrumentation such as flow, level, pressure, and temperature instruments. Knowledge of Industry standard proves design methods such as ISA and UL 508A with technical/engineering controls background. Knowledge of current electrical safety standards such as NEC and OHSA Experience in hardware design of process control systems including control panel design including heat load calculations, power/load calculation, and circuit protection. Experience in process control discrete and analog signals for DCS/PLC based systems including hardware design, hardware testing, troubleshooting and implementation

Role & responsibilities: * Travel to client locations as necessary to fulfill project requirements. * Develop and install machine programs utilizing both PLC and HMI systems. A strong working knowledge of Allen Bradley software (RSLogix 5000, Factory Talk View) and Mitsubishi software (GX Works2, GX Works3, GT Designer) is essential. * Establish clear and comprehensive machine automation test criteria prior to the final installation. * Conduct rigorous testing of automated systems to guarantee optimal efficiency, safety, and reliability. * Identify and resolve any system errors effectively and be capable of working with PLC programs. * Document all development processes meticulously. * Provide ongoing technical support to clients. * Possess a minimum of 3-4 years of relevant professional experience. * Demonstrate practical expertise in Allen Bradley and Mitsubishi programming software for both PLC and HMI interfaces. * Should have prior experience working with barcode readers, label printers, flow meters, analog sensors, VFD, and encoder integration.

Preferred: Person with experience in building management system controls like CCTV, access control, Fire alarm systems, HVAC controls etc. Person should have knowledge in electrical troubleshooting. Person should have knowledge of PLCs, VFDs and sensors. Person should have work experience on latest instruments which are used in current industries. Person should have knowledge of detailed BOQ preparation for a project. Requirements Experience in working and executing projects in control systems, process automation and/or experience of supporting FAT, SAT, and the ability to troubleshoot control systems. Experience in Food & Beverage, Life Science, Chemicals, Oil & Gas, Automotive. Hands-On experience in Rockwell / Allen-Bradley Systems. (Studio5000 Logix Designer, FactoryTalk View SE, ME). Hands-On experience on Allen-Bradley PLCs (ControlLogix, CompactLogix , PLC 5, SLC) Hands On Experience in PLC and SCADA programming. Knowledge of third-party interfaces (Modbus, Profibus, OPC etc.) Knowledge of Function Block Diagram, Ladder Logic etc. Exposure to PlantPAx Flexible approach to work & good Interpersonal Skills . Knowledge of the Project Life Cycle & Closure activities. Exposure to Batch programming, Recipe design ,Advanced Process Control would be an added advantage. Experience in Ignition SCADA will be an added advantage . Responsibilities Development of PLC Code / HMI & SCADA graphics and must have a prior experience on project. Execute & deliver the assigned projects on time with good quality and customer satisfaction. Ability to translate business requirements into technical implementation. Should be able to individually handle small & midsize industrial automation projects. Support Team Leader / Lead Engineer on technical issues. Work closely with Team Leader / Lead Engineer to guarantee customer acceptance. Ensure project implementation follows the engineering delivery standard. Travel (national/international) depending on Project assignments for commissioning and implementation. Should have sufficient technical knowledge to guide the junior resource in team.
