We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Chennai. The candidate will have hands-on experience in managing electrical equipment, robotics, and PLC systems within an automotive environment. Your role will be key to ensuring machine uptime, safety compliance, and driving continuous improvements. Key Responsibilities Lead preventive and predictive maintenance activities Minimize downtime across all plant machinery (robots, welding machines, jigs, etc.) Troubleshoot Hyundai, ABB, Kuka, and Panasonic robotic systems Maintain and repair welding systems by Obara, Chowel, Bosch, and Panasonic Utilize PLC software (GX Developer, GX Works, etc.) for diagnostics and system improvements Ensure spare parts planning and availability Train and upskill team members in technical competencies Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
