Role & responsibilities Follow EHS guidelines during quality checks and physical activities Ensuring the 100% Product Compliance Conduct in-process and final product inspections for plasterboards Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, EN standards, IS 2095 Part 1:2023 and customer specifications. Maintain accurate quality records and assist in audits. Support WCM activities related to Quality pillar. Participate in Kaizen, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for defects. Monitor KPIs such as board thickness, edge quality, surface finish. Ensure safe handling of gypsum boards and plasters Ensure timely calibration of measuring instruments and testing equipment as per schedule. Maintain inventory of critical spares for quality equipment and coordinate replacements. Liaise with vendors for annual maintenance contracts of testing machines and ensure compliance with service schedules. Involving the customer connects and identifying the customer needs and expectations Knowledge about the 8D, 4M ,FI , Control plan , Reaction Plan , Cp , Cpk , ..etc Well knowledge about the equipments like pH meter, Moisture equipment, UTM , Particle size analyzer , Blain apparatus , Vicat apparatus ..etc Involving the Plant efficiency improvement trials like cost reduction, process stop reduction involving on the Indec 4.o Projects Preferred candidate profile 5 to 8 years of experience in a continuous Process Industry for the Building Material, preferably cement industry or QA department in any industry.
Role & responsibilities Maintenance of 66 KV Substation , related equipment, switch gear , Distribution system Reading of drawings and troubleshooting of Sub-station equipment above 1000 KVA HT & LT Transformer, Breakers and Power Panels, Automatic Power Factor Control Panels. Operation and maintenance of Diesel generator set above 1000 KVA and Auto Synchronizing Power Control Panels, Motor Control centre, Modern Electrical equipments Handling of Compressors, Pumps , air condition systems , UPS system and material handling equipments in a continuous process plant Hands on experience on Servo motors and VFDs for various applications Execution and initiation of Capex projects, CBM & TPM Driving Various WCM,I4.O , Energy saving projects Concepts of WCM & Electrical Safety system Adherence of CEIG compliance and EMS Knowledge on Boilers, Facility management , BMSystems Spare parts management and inventor y control system Knowledge on SAP maintenance modules PLC/DCS control system of power plant will be an advantage Co gen power plant experience preferable Preferred candidate profile Educational Qualification : The ideal candidate should preferably Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) Experience : He should have worked in the field of Electrical Maintenance of a Continuous Process Industry / Cement industry Minimum 6 8years of Experience / 8-10Experience if Diploma (Electrical)
