Senior Full Stack Engineer (React + Node.js, Product-Driven, AI Hiring Platform) Type: Full-time Experience: 6+ years About the Role We’re hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer who combines deep engineering skills with a product mindset. You’ll take ownership of everything from Figma designs to deployed features, working across frontend and backend, always with clean code, scalability, and user experience in mind. You’ll be working on: AI Recruiter – an intelligent sourcing, screening, and evaluation engine Job matching tools, recruiter automation, and performance dashboards Frontend UX and admin tools for internal ops and clients Responsibilities Translate Figma into smooth, responsive, production-grade UIs Architect and build robust backend APIs using Node.js and PostgreSQL Write clean, testable, maintainable code across the stack Debug performance bottlenecks and improve system reliability Think product-first: balance speed, UX, and long-term maintainability Work independently and take ownership of features end-to-end Collaborate closely with design, product, and engineering leadership You Are 6+ years of full-time experience in software engineering Expert in React.js, TypeScript, and Node.js Fluent in turning Figma files into delightful UI Strong at problem-solving, system design, and clean architecture Able to make engineering tradeoffs with business and UX context Comfortable with autonomy and async work Bonus Points Experience with lovable.dev, bolt.new, or Framer Motion Prior work on AI/ML products, sourcing tools, or ATS platforms Familiarity with Docker, AWS, or modern CI/CD pipelines Strong product intuition from startup environments Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Morning shift Work Location: In person
