Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HRBP with hands-on expertise in recruitment, employee experience, and stakeholder management. Area of Responsibility : Talent Acquisition To monitor manpower position / requirements as per Organization Structure for the business Accountable to attract candidate using all the sourcing channels that includes job boards, social media, and employee referrals for hiring potential candidates. Accountable for salary negotiation with candidate to align candidate expectation as per the salary benchmark of the organization Accountable to prepare Job Analysis of existing and new roles as per the organization guidelines Adhere to timelines and approval for variances as per the TA playbook Build and maintain relationship in market for recruitment sources Review & MIS Ensure HR Governance in adherence to defined policies and guidelines Accountable to maintain weekly / monthly reports and dashboards as per business requirements Employee Engagement & Development As per the guidance from the central HR team, plan and implement new employee engagement initiatives at their respective vertical and branch In co-ordination with the Central HR, carry out quarterly training identification / needs / assessment exercises in the vertical/region for all levels Based on the training need ascertained, proposes contents to corporate HR along with details of training program to be conducted To assist central HR in identifying trainers within (internal trainers), external trainers, training institutes, training venues in the region at various location. Provide advice and guidance to employees in order to effectively maintain issues on discipline, grievance in accordance with the company policy and procedures. Statutory Compliances and Administrative activities Responsible to ensure compliance to all statutory requirements at the regional level in consultation with Central HR Maintain cordial relations with the statutory authorities to ensure smooth operations at regional level Quarterly & Annual Performance Development Review Coordinates with the corporate HR team and respective departments at the vertical / regional level, to successfully complete the appraisal process in adherence to the defined timelines Responsible to implement the HR Communication strategies and OD Interventions at vertical/regional level as per the guidance from corporate HR Exit Interview Ensure compliance to the Exit policy, regularly conduct the Exit interviews and share the feedback and analysis report with the corporate team for further analysis and crafting retention policies Campus Relations To maintain relations with the placement officers for summer/winter trainees and final placements Preferred candidate profile : Qualification Bachelors/ Master's degree in Human Resources or related field Experience A total of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience Key Competencies Proven experience in recruiting for roles such as Inside Sales, Enterprise Sales, Digital Marketing, IT Sales, and similar positions Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and sourcing methodologies Expertise in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software platforms Familiarity with personality assessment tools and conducting Behavioral Event Interviews (BEI) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong presentation abilities with effective interpersonal skills
