Job Description

Key Responsibilities Induction & Onboarding: Conduct onboarding sessions and ensure smooth integration of new joiners. Employee Engagement: Plan and execute engagement activities to boost morale and retention. Grievance Handling: Address employee concerns promptly and professionally. HR Operations: Handle day-to-day HR functions including attendance, leaves, payroll coordination, and documentation. Exit Process: Conduct exit interviews, analyze attrition trends, and implement retention strategies. Stakeholder Management: Liaise effectively with internal teams, clients, and external vendors. Client Coordination: Act as a bridge between operations and client HR for people-related matters. Admin & Facility Support: Oversee basic administrative responsibilities such as ID card issuance, seating arrangements, and office upkeep. Requirements 2-4 years of HR experience in a BPO or similar environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience handling grievance issues and employee engagement is a plus. Preferred Candidate Male candidates preferred due to crowd management. Immediate joiners or short notice period candidates will be given preference. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
