Role & responsibilities

Client Engagement & Delivery

• Lead end-to-end client engagement, ensuring project success and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve client concerns promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure all contracts and deliverables meet high-quality standards.

Relationship Management

• Act as the primary client contact, nurturing long-term, profitable relationships.
• Collaborate with clients to plan and implement HR solutions aligned with business objectives.

Business Development

• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling consulting services.
• Partner with sales teams to generate leads and contribute to proposal development.

HR Expertise

• Provide expert advisory across HR functions: Talent Advisory, Performance Management, Compensation, Talent Development, Compliance, and Employee Transactions.
• Deliver strategic solutions to complex HR challenges, supporting clients business growth.

Process Improvement

• Analyze and improve HR consulting processes, policies, and procedures for efficiency.
• Implement innovative solutions to enhance service delivery.

People & Training

• Approve HR personnel actions including compensation, classification, and performance documentation.
• Conduct needs analysis and recommend training/development programs.

Project Management & Reporting

• Lead HR transformation projects with cross-functional collaboration.
• Prepare and share project performance reports with insights for stakeholders.
