Your Tasks:

• Handle Recruitment/Onboarding/ Off-boarding
• Maintain Employee Records
• Attendance Management & Salary disbursements
• Reviews & Appraisals
• Schedule management for team meetings
• Employee Engagement (Discussion & Address Grievances)
• Drafting basic HR policies & SOP’s
• Identifying training needs or upskilling opportunities
• Coordinating short courses, webinars, or internal knowledge sharing

Salary Bracket:

Required experience:

1+ Year experience

Graduate degree

or MBA in Human Resources

Interpersonal Skills:

• Strong communication skills (in English)
• Organizational abilities
• Time - management responsibly
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Having a good first-impression presence
• A confident personality

Software Skills:

• Google suite
• ⁠MS Office
• LinkedIn and Job Portals
