Human Resource Apprentice

As an Apprentice in the Human Resource department at CMA CGM, you will be part of a global leader in sea, land, air, and logistics solutions. As an Apprentice, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team in various administrative and technical tasks to ensure smooth HR operations. Based in Prabhadevi, Mumbai, this full-time on-site role is a 1-year program designed for Freshers. Your responsibilities will include assisting in compliance management, HR audit, record management, and maintaining new employee files. You will be involved in preparing and recording various HR letters such as Appointment Letters, Transfer Letters, Probation Review, Confirmation Letters, and other employee-related documents. In addition, you will be responsible for attendance management, identity cum access card management, and handling end-to-end medical insurance for PAN India employees and group companies. You will also have the opportunity to assist in HR projects, employee engagement activities, and provide clerical support to the HR department. To excel in this role, you should be a Fresher with a graduate degree and possess high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Your role will also involve assisting recruiters in candidate sourcing and updating the HR database.
