About the Role

The HR Trainee will support the Human Resources team in various functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, documentation, HR operations, and coordination activities. This role is ideal for someone looking to start their career in HR and gain hands-on experience in day-to-day HR processes.

Role & responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Support in conducting initial screenings.
Maintain candidate and new hire records.
Maintain employee files and tracks of new joiners.
Ability to work on excel and power - point presentations.
12 months program.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors / Masters degree (complete)
in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of HR principles and functions.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
