Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution: Drive and monitor overall sales performance across the state to achieve or exceed targets. Develop state-specific sales strategies aligned with national goals. Forecast and set individual targets for sales representatives and ensure area-wise target achievement. Stay updated on competitors activities and market developments. Requirements: Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the education, publishing, or ed-tech sector, with at least 3 to 4 years in a leadership role.
