Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain customer accounts within the AR function.
Perform
customer ledger reconciliations
on a regular basis.
Follow up with customers for
timely payments
and ensure collections are aligned with company credit policies.
Prepare and update AR reports, outstanding statements, and ageing analysis.
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, and Customer Service) to resolve payment discrepancies or disputes.
Maintain accurate records of all collection efforts and communications.
Support month end and year-end closing activities related to AR.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Minimum
1 year of experience
in Accounts Receivable/Finance/Accounting role.
Strong working knowledge of
MS Excel
.
Good communication skills (verbal & written) for interacting with customers and internal teams.
Ability to
negotiate
and resolve customer payment issues effectively.
Detail-oriented with good analytical and reconciliation skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
