Job Description

Job Role:

We are looking for a dedicated IT Executive to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive IT support and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across hardware, software, and user support.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and resolve IT support tickets in a timely manner.
Provide end-user support and handle user queries effectively.
Oversee IT asset inventory and ensure proper management.
Install, configure, and manage software applications.
Deliver IT support via email, phone, and chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve software/application issues.
Handle escalations and ensure proper resolution or timely referral.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 months of experience in an IT support / executive role.
Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
Good understanding of IT asset and software management.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
