Were Hiring HR Payroll Manager

About the Role:

HR Payroll Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage
end-to-end payroll processing
for all employees with accuracy and timeliness.
Handle
salary structure, CTC breakup, and employee compensation
.
Monitor and maintain
attendance, leave records, and timesheets.
Ensure compliance with
PF, ESIC, TDS, Gratuity, Bonus Act, and other statutory requirements.
Generate and analyze
payroll reports, MIS, and reconciliations
using advanced Excel.
Address employee queries related to
salary, deductions, and payroll policies.
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams for smooth payroll operations.
Stay updated with latest changes in
labour laws and payroll compliances.
Support audits and statutory filings related to payroll.

Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Finance, or related field.
Minimum
5 years of experience
in core payroll management.
Strong expertise in
payroll systems, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Formulas, etc.)
Knowledge of
statutory compliances and labour laws.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
High attention to detail and ability to work with confidentiality.
