Implementation Manager (Global Payroll/ EMEA)

We are looking for a skilled Implementation Manager with 5 to 10 years of experience to lead our Global Payroll/ EMEA team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll management and implementation, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

• Manage and implement global payroll processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.


• Lead and motivate a team of payroll professionals to achieve project goals and objectives.


• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including HR teams and external partners.


• Analyze and resolve complex payroll issues, providing timely and effective solutions.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.


• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of payroll data, maintaining high levels of data integrity.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll management and implementation, preferably in a global or EMEA environment.


• Strong knowledge of international payroll laws and regulations, with the ability to apply them effectively.


• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
