Job Description

Key Responsibilities · Architect CRM Solutions: Translate ambiguous business problems into thoughtful, scalable CRM workflows and automations (primarily in HubSpot). Design backend systems that simplify complexity, reduce manual work, and drive visibility across the GTM funnel . · Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across Marketing, Sales, RevOps, and IT to understand business goals, friction points, and data needs. Present solution options with tradeoffs and lead alignment toward a recommended path. · Drive Execution: Own the execution of CRM changes, either directly or by leading internal and external resources. Document, QA, and launch changes with minimal disruption to the broader ecosystem. Rapidly resolve unforeseen issues and continuously improve systems post-implementation. · Ecosystem Stewardship: Think holistically about the CRM ecosystem—understanding how one change affects reporting, workflows, scoring, handoffs, and integrations. Proactively flag risks, identify dependencies, and ensure updates strengthen the system, not complicate it. Requirements · 5+ years experience in CRM strategy, marketing/sales operations , or technical project management. · Advanced knowledge of HubSpot (or similar platforms like Salesforce, Marketo, etc.) · Strong understanding of GTM motions and funnel stages across marketing and sales. · Proven experience designing and maintaining backend CRM workflows and data pipelines. · Ability to assess business problems, frame multiple solution paths, and guide decisions. · Excellent communication and project leadership skills. what the business expects of this person in this role is: Take ambiguous problems and define potential system-based solutions. Understand sales, marketing, and data operations across the full GTM funnel. Invent scalable, simple, and elegant backend workflows, often where no perfect solution exists. Navigate tradeoffs and incomplete information without stalling. Lead execution by guiding others (even if not direct reports). See around corners, proactively identifying downstream impacts.
