Hub Manager

Operational Management: Overseeing daily operations: Ensuring the efficient use of resources and meeting customer expectations.  Coordinating with teams: Working with various teams (e.g., transportation, warehouse staff) to ensure timely delivery and resolve issues.  Inventory management: Managing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accurate inventory records.  Logistics coordination: Overseeing transportation activities, including route planning and vehicle management.  Ensuring compliance: Adhering to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.  Handling operational challenges: Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to logistics, inventory, or personnel.  Staff Management: Supervising and leading: Managing and motivating hub staff, including training and performance management.  Team coordination: Ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.  Rider management: In some cases, managing rider partners, providing training, and monitoring performance.  Strategic and Improvement: Developing strategies: Implementing strategies to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.  Cost management: Working within budgetary guidelines and managing costs effectively.  Process improvement: Identifying areas for improvement in hub operations and implementing solutions.  Other Responsibilities: Vendor management: Collaborating with third-party vendors and suppliers.  Reporting: Maintaining accurate records and generating reports on hub performance.  Cash management: In some roles, managing cash collection, reconciliation, and petty cash.  Safety and security: Ensuring a safe and secure work environment.
