Job Description

Hub Operations Management Oversee daily inbound and outbound operations. Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of shipments. Maintain inventory accuracy and stock levels. Team Management Manage delivery executives, sorters, and warehouse staff. Monitor shift schedules and ensure adequate manpower. Conduct training and briefings for team members. Performance Monitoring Track key KPIs like TAT (Turnaround Time), NDR (Non-Delivery Reports), and order accuracy. Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks. Customer Experience Ensure smooth last-mile delivery and minimal escalations. Handle customer complaints/escalations related to deliveries. Coordination & Reporting Coordinate with central teams, vendors, and transport partners. Share daily/weekly reports on hub performance, manpower, and issues. Compliance & Safety Ensure hub operations follow safety and compliance protocols. Maintain hygiene, security, and fire safety standards. Resource & Asset Management Oversee proper usage and maintenance of hub assets (vehicles, scanners, etc.). Monitor fuel, packaging, and other consumables.
