Hub Manager

1. Hub Operations Management: Overseeing all aspects of the hub's daily operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.  Ensuring smooth and efficient operations, adhering to company policies and operational standards.  Managing inward, outward, cross-docking, and consolidation processes within the hub.  Supervising sorting, planning, and allocation of shipments for delivery.  Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.  Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery rates, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction.  2. Inventory Management: Accurate tracking of inventory at the hub, maintaining optimal stock levels.  Implementing measures to minimize stock discrepancies, shrinkage, and damages.  Coordinating with warehouse teams to optimize inventory management and reduce stockouts or overstocking.  Ensuring timely receiving and shipping of products.  3. Transportation & Dispatch Coordination: Planning, organizing, and coordinating dispatches from the hub to various destinations. Optimizing load management and route planning to improve delivery efficiency. Ensuring timely delivery of goods to customers. Managing last-mile delivery operations for both B2B and B2C orders. Coordinating with drivers and delivery personnel. Tracking the progress of deliveries using logistics software.  4. Team Management & Development: Supervising, coaching, and developing a team of hub staff, including warehouse workers, drivers, and administrative personnel.  Ensuring team members are trained and aware of operational standards.  Fostering a positive and productive work environment.  Managing employee performance and addressing any issues or grievances.
