Hub Manager

Key Responsibilities: Operations Management: Overseeing all aspects of the hub's daily operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. Ensuring smooth operations and adherence to company standards.  Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels, tracking inventory, and conducting stock takes to maintain accurate records of all stock movements, deliveries, and reports.  Team Management: Training and mentoring hub staff, including those involved in receiving, restocking, and documentation. Managing and motivating the team to achieve operational goals.  Transportation Coordination: Coordinating with transportation teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.  Customer Relations: Handling customer complaints related to deliveries and other issues.  Safety and Compliance: Ensuring building and member safety, fire safety compliance, and adherence to all relevant safety regulations. Reporting: Maintaining accurate records and preparing reports on hub operations and performance.  Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving operational issues and challenges that may arise.  Cost Management: Managing costs and expenses within budgetary guidelines.  Process Improvement: Continuously seeking ways to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.  Vendor Coordination: Managing relationships with vendors and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.  Equipment Maintenance: Ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and in good working order. Loss Prevention: Managing and reporting on shrinkage, damages, and expirations.
