Location: Remote Experience: 12+ years Job Type: Full-time Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect with extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) to lead enterprise-wide implementations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ERP architecture, solution design, and business process optimization across multiple industries. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Architect, design, and oversee the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM solutions for enterprise clients Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to define and implement scalable and high-performance solutions Lead business process analysis, gap analysis, and solution design for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Provide expert-level configuration and deployment across Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Procurement & Sourcing, Sales & Marketing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash & Bank modules Guide organizations through data migration strategies, including transitioning from Dynamics AX to Dynamics 365 F&SCM Conduct UAT, Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), and system training for key users Support post-go-live activities and ensure system stabilization and performance optimization Stay updated with the latest Microsoft technologies, trends, and best practices to maximize solution effectiveness Key Skills & Expertise: Technology Stack: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, R2, and AX 2009 Business Process Expertise: Strong understanding of ERP design, implementation, and optimization Expertise in Supply Chain Management, Finance, and Operations Hands-on experience in data migration, system integration, and performance tuning Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management Ability to lead and mentor technical teams Certifications (Preferred): OG0-0903: TOGAF 9 Combined Part 1 & Part 2 - Enterprise Architecture MB-700: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect MB-330: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management MB-300: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Core Finance and Operations MB6-703: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Trade and Logistics MB6-817: Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 Trade and Logistics Benefits Health Insurance Food Coupons Gym and Telephone/Internet bill Reimbursement Leave Travel Allowance (can be claimed only twice in a block of FOUR calendar years) PF NPS (Optional) HSO Perks Great Work Culture Show more Show less
