Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end client onboarding & HRMS implementation.
  • Conduct onsite/offline HRMS software training for clients & users.
  • Handle payroll processing, attendance issues, and statutory compliance queries.
  • Resolve client tickets promptly and ensure smooth usage of the platform.
  • Support new feature rollouts, process improvements, and customizations.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to drive adoption & retention.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in

    HRMS / Payroll systems

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    SaaS platforms

    & employee lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in

    Excel

    & HR analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to visit client sites as needed.
