Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end client onboarding & HRMS implementation.
Conduct onsite/offline HRMS software training for clients & users.
Handle payroll processing, attendance issues, and statutory compliance queries.
Resolve client tickets promptly and ensure smooth usage of the platform.
Support new feature rollouts, process improvements, and customizations.
Maintain strong client relationships to drive adoption & retention.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in
HRMS / Payroll systems
.
Strong understanding of
SaaS platforms
& employee lifecycle.
Proficiency in
Excel
& HR analytics tools.
Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to visit client sites as needed.
