Job Description

As a part of the team at Akal Information Systems Ltd., you will be responsible for managing end-to-end client onboarding and HRMS implementation. This includes conducting onsite/offline HRMS software training for clients and users, resolving client tickets promptly, and ensuring the smooth usage of the platform. You will also be involved in supporting new feature rollouts, process improvements, and customizations to meet the client's needs. Building and maintaining strong client relationships to drive adoption and retention will be a key aspect of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end client onboarding & HRMS implementation. - Conduct onsite/offline HRMS software training for clients & users. - Resolve client tickets promptly and ensure smooth usage of the platform. - Support new feature rollouts, process improvements, and customizations. - Maintain strong client relationships to drive adoption & retention. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field. - Strong understanding of SaaS platforms & employee lifecycle. - Proficiency in Excel & HR analytics tools. - Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills. - Willingness to visit client sites as needed.
