Job Description

This is a full-time Human Resources Executive role located in Kochi. The HR Executive will be responsible for HR management, operations, employee relations, policy development, and overall human resources functions on-site.

Qualifications

Recruitment
Maintain a significantly detailed record of the employees of a company
Experience with HR policies and procedures
Maintain and keep a record of employee attendance
HR Generalist
Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Recruitment
At least two years of working experience as an HR executive, HR Analyst, or any other similar role. But the job role must belong to the Human Resources department
Master s degree in Human Resource Management
The ability to work efficiently as a part of a team
Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems and Human Resources Management Systems.
