Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Upload and organize training materials in the LMS/LXP.
  • Conduct functional testing and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Create and manage ILT/VILT sessions and training events.
  • Assign learning journeys and set target groups for training.
  • Track learner progress and generate reports.
  • Provide timely support for learner queries (ServiceNow experience is a plus).
  • Maintain all required documentation for audits and compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum

    6 months of experience

    working with LMS/LXP platforms.
  • Strong content management and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience handling learner queries in

    ServiceNow

    .
  • Familiarity with e-learning or virtual training tools.

Education

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in any discipline (Engineering degree accepted).
