Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Upload and organize training materials in the LMS/LXP.
Conduct functional testing and troubleshoot system issues.
Create and manage ILT/VILT sessions and training events.
Assign learning journeys and set target groups for training.
Track learner progress and generate reports.
Provide timely support for learner queries (ServiceNow experience is a plus).
Maintain all required documentation for audits and compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum
6 months of experience
working with LMS/LXP platforms.
Strong content management and organizational skills.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Desirable Skills

Experience handling learner queries in
ServiceNow
.
Familiarity with e-learning or virtual training tools.

Education

Bachelors or Masters degree in any discipline (Engineering degree accepted).
