Job Description

Learning Experience Specialist is responsible for uploading training materials to the LMS/LXP and conducting functional testing. The role includes creating ILT and VILT sessions and events, establishing target groups for assignments, assigning learning journeys, and tracking progress. In addition, the specialist must upload required documentation for audit purposes and provide support for learner queries. Skills: Required: Minimum 6 months experience with LMS/LXP platforms and the ability to manage learning content effectively. Optional: Experience with ServiceNow for managing learner queries. Keywords: Education: A bachelor or master degree in any discipline or an engineering degree.
