Learning Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Assisting the trainer in delivering sessions on Embedded System design, development, and testing.


• Evaluating assessments/projects of the students.


• Facilitating hands-on lab sessions and assisting participants with debugging and problem-solving.


• Creating/curating the content/material required for the respective training.


• Upgrading skills on the provided learning path and obtaining the necessary certifications.

M.Tech/Masters in Electronics or a related field.

Minimum of 1-3 years of corporate training/teaching experience. Those who have certifications in Embedded Systems can be considered for the Training Assistant role.

• Proficient in embedded C/C++ programming and knowledgeable about various microcontroller architectures.


• Familiarity with various embedded development boards and kits.


• Exposure to modern training methods and techniques.


• Knowledge about learning management systems and virtual tool platforms.


• Ability to handle diversified participants such as new hire training, lateral training, and graduating students.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work in a team.

The training sessions will be conducted in a collaborative environment, utilizing various tools and software relevant to embedded systems. Specific technologies and platforms will be discussed during the onboarding process.
