Learning Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Learning Specialist located in Noida. The Learning Specialist will focus on managing and improving learning systems, designing instructional programs, conducting training sessions, and evaluating learning initiatives. They will collaborate with various teams to enhance the effectiveness of training activities and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Learning Management and Learning Management Systems
• Proficiency in Training & Development and delivering impactful learning programs
• Experience in Instructional Design and creating effective training materials
• Strong Communication skills for facilitating training and engaging with diverse teams
• Proven organizational and analytical skills to assess and improve learning solutions
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field
• Familiarity with technology-enhanced learning tools and methods is a plus
