Oversee vendor relationships and manage budgets for global learning initiatives. Requirements 10+ years of experience in L&D, with at least 5 years in a global or regional leadership role. Proven expertise in digital learning strategy, instructional design, and learning experience platforms, Degreed/ Udemy/ LinkedIn learning/ Coursera/ SAPSF LMS etc. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across matrixed environments.
