Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

HR Strategy & Business Partnership

Collaborate with business leaders to understand strategic priorities and translate them into HR initiatives.
Support workforce planning, talent management, and organizational design efforts.
Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
Drive change management initiatives and support cultural transformation efforts.

Total Rewards

Assist in designing and implementing compensation structures, incentive plans, and benefits programs tailored to the Indian market.
Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure competitiveness.
Partner with finance and payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of rewards programs.
Support annual compensation review cycles, including merit increases, bonuses, and promotions.
Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance with labor laws and tax regulations related to compensation and benefits.

Employee Experience & Engagement

Contribute to employee engagement strategies and recognition programs.
Support communication and education efforts around Total Rewards offerings.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to compensation and benefits.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or HR certification preferred.
5 to 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in Total Rewards or HR Strategy.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or HR analytics tools.
Familiarity with Indian labor laws and compensation practices.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Workday experience preferred.
