Talent Acquisition

• Own end-to-end recruitment for critical and niche roles across functions
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and networks
• Conduct interviews, manage offer negotiations, and ensure smooth onboarding
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning

OKR-Driven HRBP Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to define Objectives and Key Results for HR initiatives in alignment with business goals
• Track progress on OKRs related to recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, and retention
• Provide actionable insights from HR metrics to influence business decisions
• Drive HR programs that deliver measurable impact on organizational KPIs

Desired Profile

• 7–12 years in HR, with hands-on experience in talent acquisition and HRBP initiatives
• Experience in fast-paced startups, media, or tech companies
• Strong understanding of OKR/KPI frameworks and ability to drive measurable outcomes
• Comfortable as an individual contributor, able to take ownership end-to-end
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
