Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


HRBP cum Labor Officer


  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and audit requirements.
  • Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Drive welfare initiatives and maintain safe, compliant working conditions.
  • Align HR policies with business needs through regular stakeholder engagement.
  • Lead organizational change and support People & Culture strategy.
  • Analyze HR metrics to develop data-driven solutions and policies.
  • Advise leadership on HR aspects of business strategies and decisions.
  • Stay updated on employment laws and ensure legal compliance.
  • Support workforce planning, upskilling, multiskilling, and succession planning.
  • Champion employee experience through innovative HR practices.
  • Handle talent acquisition, engagement, retention, and exit processes.
  • Communicate and implement HR policies across the organization.
  • Develop contracts for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
  • Maintain high employee morale and productivity through engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct training on labour rights and compliance.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.


Profile of the Candidate : ( Preferred Women Employees)


Hard skills:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, preferably an MSW (Master of Social Work) with specialization in HR.
  • 5 – 10 Years of experience in similar role
  • Excellent Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
  • Fluent in English; Preferably fluent in Tamil
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Knowledge of outlook mail
  • Experience dealing with off-site team members
  • Sound knowledge on HR policies, procedures and best practices, employee & labor relations


Soft skills:

  • Proven self-starter with the ability to create and implement a vision.
  • Good communication skills (written, verbal and presentational)
  • First class interpersonal skills
  • Loyal, liable, integrity is key
  • Proactive & resilient attitude
  • Able to cope with a pressurized environment, adaptability
