About Us: Tulsi Fibre Glass Industries is a leading manufacturer of high-quality FRP and WPC products, committed to sustainability, innovation, and excellence. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Executive to manage our people operations and support our growing team. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. Maintain employee records and update the HR database regularly. Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labour laws. Coordinate training & development programs for staff. Manage payroll inputs, leave records, and attendance tracking. Address employee grievances and maintain a healthy workplace culture. Support management in performance appraisal processes. Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred). Experience: 1–3 years in an HR role (manufacturing/industrial background preferred). Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, labour laws, and HR best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR software. BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experience.
