We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Executive to manage our people operations and support our growing team. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment – sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. Maintain employee records and update the HR database regularly. Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labour laws. Coordinate training & development programs for staff. Manage payroll inputs, leave records, and attendance tracking. Address employee grievances and maintain a healthy workplace culture. Support management in performance appraisal processes. Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred). Experience: 1–3 years in an HR role (manufacturing/industrial background preferred). Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, labour laws, and HR best practices.
