HR Trainee

As an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Fresher, you will be joining our team to assist in day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and documentation activities. This role offers excellent exposure to core HR functions and a chance to learn and develop in a professional setting. - Recruitment & Onboarding - Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and references. - Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers. - Support in screening resumes and shortlisting suitable candidates. - Help prepare offer letters and appointment documents. - Assist in the onboarding and induction process of new employees. - HR Operations & Documentation - Maintain employee records and update HR databases. - Assist in preparing HR letters (offer, confirmation, relieving, etc.). - Support in attendance management and leave tracking. - Help with PF, ESIC, and other statutory documentation (under supervision). - General HR Support - Provide administrative support to the HR department. - Work closely with the HR team to ensure the smooth execution of daily activities.
