Job Summary: To ensure a safe working environment by enforcing health and safety policies, conducting training, auditing safety practices, and ensuring compliance with statutory and industry-specific regulations, especially related to electrical and manufacturing hazards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Knowledge of conducting Toolbox Talks effectively. 2. Familiar with statutory safety documentation and legal compliance requirements. 3. Certified in First Aid , with the ability to respond to medical emergencies on-site. 4. Coordinate shop floor EHS activities, including safety inspection rounds and follow-up on findings until closure. 5. Responsible for conducting safety training sessions on topics such as PPE usage, basic safety awareness, accident prevention, and fire safety, including demonstrations. 6.
