Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups
  • Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up to date and accurate
  • Help coordinate onboarding and induction processes for new hires
  • Support employee engagement activities, events, and internal communication
  • Assist with HR operations such as attendance tracking, leave management, and HRMS updates
  • Contribute to payroll support by collecting and verifying employee data
  • Help in drafting HR letters, memos, and notices
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and help implement improvements

Requirements:

  • Master’s in Social Work (MSW) – preferably with specialization in HR, Industrial Relations, or Personnel Management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and documentation abilities
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Eagerness to learn and work in a dynamic HR environment
  • Empathy, confidentiality, and professional ethics

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
