Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Reception Duties: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services Schedule and manage meeting rooms and appointments Administrative Duties: Perform general administrative and clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry Maintain office supplies and place orders as necessary Support internal teams with document preparation, reports, and presentations Assist with onboarding new employees (ID badges, desk setup, etc.) Update and maintain company databases and records Additional Responsibilities (Optional, if relevant): Assist with basic accounting or invoicing tasks Support HR or Marketing departments with administrative projects Coordinate office events or meetings Requirements: Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Professional attitude and appearance Solid written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Excellent organizational and time-management skills High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 07/06/2025 Expected Start Date: 09/06/2025
