1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Assist in posting job openings on job boards and social media.
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
• Help conduct reference checks.
• Support onboarding tasks like document verification and orientation.

2. Training & Development

• Assist in organizing employee training sessions and workshops.
• Maintain training records and attendance sheets.
• Gather feedback from training sessions and report to HR manager.

3. Employee Engagement

• Help plan employee events, celebrations, and recognition programs.
• Conduct surveys and assist in analyzing employee satisfaction data.
• Support wellness and cultural activities.

4. HR Administration

• Maintain and update employee files and HR databases.
• Draft letters, memos, and reports under supervision.
• Assist with documentation related to leave, attendance, and compliance.

5. Compliance & Policies

• Help ensure HR policies are communicated and accessible to employees.
• Assist in preparing reports for audits or inspections.
• Stay updated with labor laws and hotel HR standards.

6. Payroll Support (Basic)

• Assist in collecting attendance records.
• Help prepare inputs for payroll processing

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
