Job Title: Sales Telecaller (Automobile Industry)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Reach out to potential customers through calls to generate interest in two-wheeler products and services.
• Customer Engagement: Provide information on motorcycles, promotions, and financing options.
• Follow-Up: Maintain regular contact with leads and existing customers to nurture relationships and encourage sales.
• Sales Support: Assist the sales team by scheduling appointments and coordinating test rides.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activity in the CRM system.
• Market Feedback: Gather customer feedback to improve service offerings and sales strategies.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in sales or telecalling, preferably in the automobile industry.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with two-wheeler products and services.
• Skills: Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Tools: Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
