Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Trainee to join our Human Resources team.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc)
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain recruitment trackers and reports

HR Operations

Assist with onboarding and documentation of new hires
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Support attendance, leave, and basic payroll coordination
Ensure compliance with company HR policies

Employee Engagement

Support employee engagement initiatives and activities
Assist in internal communication and announcements
Help organize training sessions and workshops

General HR Support

Handle basic employee queries
Support HR team with administrative tasks
Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of HR concepts and recruitment process
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Google Sheets
Willingness to learn and ability to work in a team
Good organizational and time-management skills

Preferred (Good to Have)

Internship or training in HR or recruitment
Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn)
Basic knowledge of labor laws (not mandatory)
