MAJOR CHALLENGES (Challenges faced on an on-going basis in carrying out the job) Training of self and their team below. Hiring right candidate. Smooth onboarding to help settle the employee well in BFL. Smooth onboarding of New Dealer/Partner with BFL Retention of Off-roll staff 5. DECISIONS (Key decisions taken by job holder at his/her end) Hiring of Off roll staff Approvals by coordinating with internal stake holders eg. Clearing cases Lead allocation Field activity planning and closure 6. INTERACTIONS (Key working relationships a job holder needs to have INSIDE and OUTSIDE the company to accomplish the job) Internal Clients Roles you need to interact with inside the organization to enable success in your day to day work Connect with various internal department i.e. product, credit, Ops, RCS & compliance to process the file. Connect with HR department for hiring & retention External Clients Roles you need to interact with outside the organization to enable success in your day to day work Engaging with customer. Mapping of market competition. 7.
