Job Title: Human Resource Team Lead (from Maharashtra)

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Human Resource Team Lead to oversee, guide, and motivate a team towards achieving set goals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, effective communication skills, and the ability to drive team performance in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and support for improvement.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and workflow.

Handle team queries, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive work environment.

Prepare performance reports and maintain operational data accurately.

Drive productivity through motivation, training, and effective supervision.

Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and adherence to company policies.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Postgraduate (MBA preferred).

3–4 years of experience in team handling, operations, or leadership roles

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.

Must be from the Maharashtra region and willing to work from the Pune office.
