Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing & Candidate Identification

    :
    • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
    • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
    • Utilize creative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates and build long-term relationships with potential hires.
  • Job Posting & Advertising

    :
    • Write clear, compelling job descriptions and post them across various recruitment platforms (job boards, social media, company website).
    • Manage and update the companys career page to reflect current job openings.
  • Screening & Interviewing

    :
    • Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who meet the job requirements.
    • Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
    • Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule and conduct in-depth interviews for final candidates.
