Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing & Candidate Identification
:

Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Utilize creative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates and build long-term relationships with potential hires.

Job Posting & Advertising
:

Write clear, compelling job descriptions and post them across various recruitment platforms (job boards, social media, company website).
Manage and update the companys career page to reflect current job openings.

Screening & Interviewing
:

Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who meet the job requirements.
Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule and conduct in-depth interviews for final candidates.
