Responsibilities 1
Lead the endtoend design and configuration of Talent, Performance, and Recruiting modules

Configure goal setting, development plans, and succession planning workflows

Manage entire recruiting lifecycle from requisition to offer acceptance
4
Implement onboarding procedures and integrate them with talent data
5
Partner with HR teams to enhance workforce planning and analytics
6
Configure reporting on recruiting metrics and talent development outcomes
7
Support integration of recruiting data with background screening and thirdparty tools
8
Troubleshoot and resolve modulespecific issues and support upgrades
9
Train HR and recruitment teams on module capabilities
10
Proactively recommend talent management improvements based on industry trends
